Terms of Service

You may not reuse, extract, or redistribute any assets included in my avatars. All assets must be purchased separately from their original creators listed in the credits.
All avatars are for private use only and must never be uploaded publicly under any circumstances.
The license belongs only to the person who purchased the avatar. If the avatar is purchased as a gift, only the receiver may own and upload the avatar. The buyer may not keep or use the package.
You may not claim my avatars as your own work, resell them, trade them, leak them, or participate in price splitting.

Personal edits are allowed and may be extensive. However, my name tags/credits must remain on the avatar. If you commission someone to edit the avatar, the editor must own their own purchased copy of the avatar. Please reach out to me for further information.
Do not remove any credits or name tags included on the avatar. Credit to my shop is always appreciated, even if the avatar has been heavily edited.

Using my avatars for content creation such as YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, and similar platforms is allowed. Crediting my work is highly appreciated.
Converting my avatars for VTubing requires permission from me beforehand. Fees may apply. Free & Nitro Free avatars may not be converted.
Commercial use is strictly prohibited. You may not sell digital or physical products featuring my avatar designs, even if heavily edited.

You must provide your correct Discord username and VRChat username when purchasing. Failure to provide accurate information means you do not have the right to use the avatar.
In order to purchase my paid avatars, you must be 18+. If you are found to be lying about your age, you will be banned.
Basic knowledge of Unity and avatar uploading is recommended before purchasing.
All sales are final. Refunds are not permitted. Any chargebacks will result in an immediate blacklist. If you have a problem with a product you purchased- you can create a ticket in the Discord Server to have it resolved.
